I am a Master Mariner and maritime operations and ship management leader with more than 25 years of combined seagoing and shore-based experience.
My professional journey has taken me across marine operations, ship management, offshore activities, specialized vessels and complex marine projects. Each environment has brought different operational demands, responsibilities and lessons.
Working at sea and ashore has shaped my perspective on operational challenges. Understanding an incident or recurring deficiency requires more than identifying what happened. It requires examining why it happened, how people and processes interacted, and what can be improved to prevent recurrence.
This perspective continues to guide my approach to operational leadership: combining practical experience with disciplined analysis, sound judgment and a focus on sustainable improvement.
